To post a message in the forum:

1. Click the Forum button in the navigation bar.

2. Fill in the fields provided to create a new subject and message to post.

3. Click the Post Message Button when you are finished.

To view and/or reply to a message posted in the forum:

1. Click the Forum button in the navigation bar.

2. Click the text under the 'Subject' heading to view and/or reply to a subject.

3. Fill in the form to reply to the subject.
Note: On either screen, you may click the name under the 'Posted By' heading to E-mail that customer directly.

4. To post your reply, click the Post Message button.
